Prepped the area with a warm shower and shaving, applied the cream as instructed 1hr before tattoo appt and seran wrapped it. I think the cream started wearing off for me about after 2hrs and I could start feeling the pain of the needle come thru certain spots, but overall the pain was nowhere near getting tattooed without the cream. Also the cream wore off gradually over time and there was no additional pain from the healing. HIGHLY recommended!

Used it on my back piece that has been unbearable in previous sessions. I can usually sit for 3 hours straight just fine, but with my back i could hardly make it an hour until i found this cream. It lasted around 4-5 hours and i did not feel a single thing. It was so numb i had to ask if the needle was penetrating my skin. Its incredible. Definitely recommend. I was wary about trying numbing cream until I scheduled a belly tat.
I put this on 1 hr before the appt, plastic wrapped my tum Tum and by the time we got started I literally had no pain/feeling for the duration of the 2 hr appt
